At GrowEd, we strive to provide flexibility and support to our students and their families. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling tutoring sessions and courses.

1. Cancellation of Tutoring Sessions

  • Notice Period: To cancel a scheduled tutoring session, users must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation Fee: If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the user may be charged 50% of the session fee. If a session is not attended (no-show), the full session fee will be charged.

  • Rescheduling: Users can reschedule a session without incurring a fee, provided that the rescheduling is done at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellation of Courses

  • Withdrawal from Courses: Students may withdraw from an online course at any time. The following terms apply:

    • Before Course Start: If a student cancels before the course begins, they will receive a full refund.

    • After Course Start:

      • If a student cancels within the first week of the course, they will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.

      • No refunds will be provided after the first week of the course.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), users may appeal for a waiver of cancellation fees by providing supporting documentation. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Changes to This Policy

GrowEd reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
